Carmen Carr: Leisure Hike Guide

The theme for my hike is: "Stepping forward filled with Grace" Grace - simple elegance and refinement in every step reaching the point of effortlessness. Our awareness grows, opening up to our surroundings. The birds and sky above, the dirt and pine needles below our feet, to the performer right in front of us and all in nature. Leisure hikes will offer a slower-paced hike. This hike is suitable for anyone that is in good physical shape but may not be acclimated to high elevation hiking over 7,000 feet.
